Sorry, No Refunds or Exchanges

Our products are freshly handmade; therefore, we do not allow refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges may be considered only to replace items that are defective or damaged.

Damages 

When your order arrives, please inspect the product for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to your purchased items, please contact Roots, Coils & Kinks' customer service within 3 calendar days of delivery of your order.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please bear in mind that we are committed to getting orders on their way to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, we cannot price adjust, modify, or cancel an order after the point of sale.

Shipping Policy

North America shipping estimate: 3-5 business days.* We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). Actual delivery time is dependent upon the delivery method and the carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

Roots, Coils & Kinks does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. If the delivery address provided is incorrectly entered at the time of purchase and results in lost or incorrectly delivered shipments, the customer / purchaser assumes full responsibility and shall not hold Roots, Coils & Kinks liable.
